Rare abandoned hangar on some planets

This is basically a minor touch to provide some added fun to gameplay, as well as a reason to roam the universe and visit planets.

It would be a very basic hangar, carved into the side of a mountain with some walls made of basic hull, a very simple usable ship (core included), and possibly a storage unit with randomized loot. The structure itself is not meant to be anything special or super valuable, but it would still be an interesting find.

The key take-home for this is that the abandoned hangar is a rare structure that generates on planets. It is meant to be something you need to look for.

I imagine that more procedurally generated structures will come with the universe update which schine said they want to start working on as soon as the beginning of next year.

In general it would be great if more planets had infrastructure, I agree. The city/Pyramid shapes were always a great and enjoyable find, especially when I first started playing the game.

I wonder if they will get the community involved in the building process. I can foresee a massive amount of buildings becoming available if that was the case.

Instead of involving the community, I hope they will implement procedural-generation routine that builds an infinite variety of structures automatically.
