I have a carrier and 12 new drones in a fleet. Is there a way to copy and paste pickup area coordinates? I made a serial docking area (with a good amount of logic so the don't get stuck) so there is only one pickup rail. Do I have to manually control every single drone and dock it to the carrier so the drones to get their pickup area?

I think so, it would be nice if you could name your pickup points and then use the fleet menu to dock them to dock point nameX

You have to dock the drones the first time from the pick up point(s), then add them to the fleet from dock. That will save the pick up point they will use. However, all the drones will go for their pick up point at the same time when ordered to dock. So with one pick up point there will be pushing and shoving from the drones.

Yeah, you really want as many different pickup points as possible, ideally one per drone.

Like Top 4ce said, they will all fly full speed at the one pickup point at the same time, and there will be a massive pileup while they try to shove each other out of the way to get to the pickup. It won't matter how good your sorting logic is if your drones never actually managed to get to the pickup point in the first place.

My experience was different. Though I tested a few months back. So long as the pickup point was on the parent entity, and not an attached entity to that, they would wait for each other, then one by one load onto the loading area.
