The supported platforms are MacOS, Windows, and Linux. Unless if you do not meet the system requirements, you should be able to run the game.

I would recommend that you try it out first before you buy it.
It may be a couple of weeks before the next update comes out.
It may be a Year or so before the game is in Beta, and then another year or so before the game goes to release.
There is only a handful of people working on this project. Even though they are doing an outstanding job. It's a slow processes.

But quality and attention to detail takes time.
