Can you try clearing client cache? In the main menu its in tools -> Clear Client Cache

That will not fix it.

navy3000, Re-uplink your game to the StarMade Registry. For some reason something occasionally happens to the uplink and it breaks. Redoing the uplink fixes it.

In the multiplayer menu, at the top, there should be a button to "uplink to StarMade Registry" or "uplink to star-made.org" or whatever. Both SP and MP use it for whatever reason.
