Ran into a strange problem when trying to run the game today.

When I started up the game the computer slowed to a crawl and left me unable to do anything. So I opened the Task Manager to see what on Earth was going on and noticed a massive amount of spam from many java exe processes all opening at once and endlessly making more. While each one on its own didn't take up much CPU the combine total of them froze my computer. This happened on the normal launcher after a java update so no idea what's going on. Going to check the beta launcher to see if it causes the same thing but the default one is a lag nuke at the moment until someone figures out what's happening.

You sure internet is stable? Sometimes the launcher doesn't load or gets stuck if internet is bad.

Oh it was java having a brain failure, had to purge java's existence from my computer and reinstall the dang thing to fix the problem. Haven't checked if the game still runs yet. Doing that in a few minutes.
