Suggested Use Space Stations like a carrier for fleets

I do not know if this is intentional or not, the only way you can run certain commands for fleets, is to have the flagship float in space, but not when it docked in another entity, so ... if not go to be able to execute these commands from a ship that docked, for example, in a space station, why not, in the future can make a station like a fleet mothership?
