Can't upload blueprint

Hi there

I made blueprint of my ship,and I wanted to post it into Community Contenct,but it seems that there are no files,can you please help me ?

Start the game, in the connection setup window, go to 'tools'→'ship catalog manager' select the blueprint in question and click 'export'. Then upload the newly created file[there will be a dialog telling you where exactly it is].
