Hello, my fellow Starmadian! I like the designs you have, they look like Star Wars meets BSG meets WW2 battleships, all of which area awesome to me. I prefer a more Halo UNSC meets WW2 battleships style, which I've found is very hard to pull off. Good luck in your later projects, and ciao for now!
PS: "Hello my fellow Starmadians" is my intro. Its copyrighted, ya piece o' garbage.
uuhm I did post this first, ya piece o' garbage.
tanks! and yes, UNSC/WW2 crossovers are pretty tough

    MAJOR UPDATE

I have been doing a lot of work on the carrier, now named 'Leviathan Class Carrier', since i last posted.
A list of the stuff I worked on:
    • side hangar doors/detailing/interior/docks
    • core room
    • cargo hold
    • service hangar
    • started engine nacelles
    • placed a couple turret hardpoints
    • almost finished external hull/armour plating
    • started the massive interior, consisting of 7 decks of sleeping area, dining area, recreation, water/sewage systems, engineering deck, gravity elevator network, bridge, flight control tower and two external observation decks.
    • added a fuel refinery system to fuel the 16 planned fighters, a few (2 or 3) corvettes in the front hangar and all of the smaller service craft.
    • detailed the radiators/wings
    • dimensions: 726x210x495 meters. mass: 140.739.6, so it's officialy a titan.
Pictures: http://imgur.com/a/uhfSk (there are too many for one post)
I have also joined the Nova Fleet Dynamics build server and the faction, therefore a giant mural of the NFD logo added in the front hangar.

    ANNOUNCEMENT
I will do very little building the next few weeks, until May the 27th, after my finals. after that, I am planning on investing in a better computer/laptop, because it is lagging as hell.

I felt the need of doing something else than building interiors on the Leviathan, so I made a design for a Heavy Destroyer, bearing the name Dunkleosteus (might change that later). It's main goal is to provide a sturdy backbone of the fleet with heavy firepower and protective capabilities. It will feature 14 homing missile turrets, two broadside beam arrays, front heavy pulse/missiles and cannons and an uncertain number of PD turrets. I like so see it as the Longbow Attack Cruiser's big brother.
only outer hull mostly finished and a bit of detailing around the missile turret holes.
This is what I got so far:

Pictures don't do that destroyer justice :). I'd say the same for the carrier but Laptop says NO to loading anything of a considerable size.

Loading anything for that matter but still...

Hey Peekie your ships look great. Also, why no update on your new weapon? It looks great when firing, and have you fixed the problem it had last time?
P.S. its HuggyBear on the server

I have finished a ship for the first time in my SM career today, something of which I'm very proud of course!
I present you; THE AMSTERDAM CLASS FRIGATE, featuring 10 lock on missile-ion groups and a barrage of punch through autocannons. She features 6 of NFD's Spartan anti-fighter turrets and 8 PD turrets of my own make.

A more detailed description, stats and interior pictures in the ComContent page: (how do I upload my bp to the ComContent?)

Some time ago I've started working on a new ship: the Arrow Cruiser, a long distance missile cruiser. now she's 388 long, 57 tall and 241 wide. a size comparison with the Iris, which needs some love too:

And the designs I drew on holiday in France:

Work on the carrier has been put on hold, because of lag reasons. It's not abandoned, the battlecruiser probably is, because I lost the BP for unknown reasons. Maybe I'll rebuild it, maybe I won't:p

I'll try to keep you guys posted, if you're interested :)

    Back from never been away!
I haven't looked at this threat for a long time, but I decided to show you gusy she newest ship I've been working on for the past 6 months or so, the Scythe Battlecruiser, based off a mix of the Hiigaran and Hurricane battlecruisers from Homeworld and EvE Online and my first post on here. She's exactly 500m long, 83m tall and 357m wide, features a wide variety of turrets made by me, FlyingDebris and Jamster0000.
The main armament consists of a high powered missile/beam/punch array which do some 60ish million damage, a cannon/cannon/ion array and a beam/beam/explosive array.
Total mass with all docked entities is 193.000 tons.
Well, enough talking; I present to you: The Scythe Battlecruiser

There's still a lot to do; close the engine pods, add some more exterior details, finish building systems, interior etc
But I hope to finish it in the next couple of weeks
