    My starmade keeps crashing whenever I start my game up. Here's what I do when I log into starmade. it loads to 100% (Obviously) and I proceed to go to my build box so I can work on my station. Right as I place my block down, it completely freezes and my starmade says that it has crashed. What do

    What PC specs do you have?
    What java are you using (32 or 64 bit?)
    What are your current memory settings? (first launcher in the upper left corner->options->memory settings)
    Did this happen before the new update?

    wow,that is..not good, like really bad,I dont know how are you able to even open the game
    (I am talking about your early generation,initial and maximum memory)

    set it like this:
    Maximal Memory(MB) - 4096
    Initial Memory(MB) - 2048
    Early Generation Memory - 1024

    after this you should be fine

    I did what you said but now it just says "Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine. Error: A fatal exception has occurred. Program will exit."

    I'm not sure because all it says is "Congratulations!
    You have the recommended Java installed (1.8.0_71)"

    Agreed. Defiantly change those values. The ones you have here;

    Maximal Memory(MB)
    512
    Initial Memory(MB)
    256
    Early Generation Memory
    64
    are half of the defaults. :/

    Also make sure Starmade is actually using a 64 bit java.
    Check the toolbar when in windowed mode.

    It will say 64 bit at the end of the text like so;

    Yes I even dragged it on my desktop, double clicked it, and went through the process of installation

    ok,then to check if the fish is in the net,go to your first launcher and return the memory settings to what you used to have.
    you should be able to open the game again,but this time you will be able to see if its 32 or 64

    Ok. let's revert to default memory settings, then see if you can launch the game.

    It is (if i recall correctly);

    Early: 128
    Initial: 512
    Maximal: 1024

    If it launchers, check the toolbar to see which java version it is using.

    If it crashes, go to your Starmade installation and find the Logs folder. Upload, or copy and paste the latest log generated there, usually log.txt.0. (You can check the Last Modified column to find which is the last edited).
