When are we getting the in-house chat system?

It's been months now, and we still have the old chat system. What's up with that?

Schema please it will be a nice addition. Make the chat customizable it will fit with the genre of the game (sandbox). When i say customizable i mean that we should be able to create our own channels.

Agreed, Lecic. I have rarely been on chat because my phone can't run the IRC 90% of the time.

Chat was accidental turned on a few times, so I've seen it (and from what I can tell, You can create Channels and invite people).

But the chat I seen like a week or so ago was very basic, They need to add the Theme, Link it to Forums (meaning you have your name) and Various other small things. It's coming, Just give it a bit more time :p

Also, Part of the Delay was cause by the person who was working on the new chat ending up in the hospital if I recall correctly (Whom is better now).

this is the only reason i prefered the old site, and until now it still bugs me that it hasen't been implemented. It was one of the easiest ways to communicate with other players on the forums, and during the transition I found myself yelling at my monitor "schema! what are you doing!" The new IRC chat system while better then nothing is far from what the in-house chat system delivered.

Chat has been delayed to deal with other important things, as well as some real world problems that have occurred over the time. The forums and Schine are sorry for the long wait, but I can assure you we are aware and are trying our best to address the issue.
