I find myself constantly, instinctively hitting CTRL Z when wanting to undo something. Too bad it doesn't work.

Why make mini changes when you can just do it right from the start:
Ctrl-Z, Undo
Ctrl-X, Cut
Ctrl-C, Copy
Ctrl-V, Paste
Ctrl-Y, Redo
How about implementing Binding keys to Ctrl/Alt/Shift too
