    Hi,

I have a new build to show. My Cargo Freighter.
It's one of many that I've been working on along side a whole bunch of other builds.
This ship is actually an assembly of modules docked together.
I have adopted a docking portal style that I apply to all my ships, which is based around humanoid transfer.
The cargo module uses the same principle, but on a larger scale.
I have mulptiple builds for cargo modules on the go at the moment.
    - different loads
    - space liner / hotel style
    - military
    - scientific
    - medical
    - transport of ships/shuttles (towed or in cargo)

My purpose for building this ship is for a few reasons.

Something for the Trading Guild to spawn, that I can board & capture.
I would have multiple version of the freighter carrying different cargos to make it interesting and a surprise.
Can also be Pirate spawn, but was not originally intending it for this purpose.

It's original purpose was to be fully automated, where it would travel to a distant system and stop, to wait for unload.

So many ways it can be used.

If anyone is interested in these, let me know. I'm happy to upload these unfinished versions if anyone wants them. That goes for any of my ships. If you think my stuff is worthy that is.

nice looking build,do the cargo modules undock and get pushed by a tug?
No, but that's not a bad idea. I have a small tug that I use to drag asteroids around. I call it's many variations rock dragger.

The modules are flyable ships themselves, so you can manually dock them.
I've experimented with the main section undocking the modules remotely. I have to use wireless logic for the modules further out, but it works.
I have thought, it would be nice to have logic controlled rail dockers, so I can have the module or any ship for that matter dock itself to a station or whatever. Perhaps in a future Schine update maybe.

Oh yeah, the cargo modules do undock. There are 5 modules that you can see in this configuration. They can be arranged in different ways by docking via the hatches or cargo doors.
