"Duplicate" right-click option for designs

Currently there is no easy way to copy designs without putting them in the catalog. The simplest way to fix this is adding a "duplicate" button to the design's right-click menu.

Hmm, you know, once this is implemented there could be a server option to disable the catalog altogether. Would have some interesting results.

There already is. It's called set everyone to zero BP slots.
