The bug report tool cannot connect

When I run the bug report tool, or when starmade runs it (it seems to make no difference), it claims to zip the report, then claims to be sending it, and then says "ConnectExceptionConnection timed out: connect".

The only difference between if I directly run the tool and if starmade runs it, is that if starmade runs it the zipping stage takes several minutes (that's all normal; the exception isn't - it's failing to connect, thus failing to deliver the bug report).

I've had starmade installed since late June of 2013, according to the dates on the oldest files.

I'm guessing this is related to the new website.

It is indeed due to the new site. Schema probably forgot to update the tool in 0.142b.
