Ship Build

So i am not sure if this is where you would post this but i have a ship build for a ship design i have thought of.

So the ship is based off the arrow freighter from orbiter.
some pics are attached

I would like the ship to have a decent bridge perma cloak and jam and some amcs even if they are weak. A good amount of shields is wanted to. If anyone is up to the challenge post a link so i can download it. The landing legs are to be excluded.
