My interest in SM seems to come in cycles. I'll be very interested in it and playing it all the time for a few months but then get bored of it and just forget all about it for a while. Oh well. Whatever. So, what have I missed? XD

Well, Bench has rail tutorial videos, did you miss the weapons update? Also Saber has a video on the HP system today. I dont think there have be.. FACTION POINTS! That's what I was missing. Basically... ALSO GALAXY UPDATE!... I am bad at things :S

Faction points are gained when a faction member is online every hour. Claim systems (not sectors) to increase its mining output based on server configs. Basically.

The galaxy is made of stars in a spiral shape, with different colors and sizes doing different amounts of damage to your ship when you get close enough. Planets now spawn in orbits, and there are asteroid belts.

No I didn't miss the weapons update but I don't remember what different combinations of weapons do. That should be easy to figure out again though.
