By the way everyone. I have been playing Starmade for quite a long time actually.
Just this is my first time really making ships.

Well I'm sorry to say it but none of the two hammers are anywhere close to looking like Mjølner, Thor's hammer.

And Dragleones is right, try using wedges more and make the shape a bit different from just a square brick with a stick on it.

Ok. Although I shall continue on the Mjolnir (and a few other smaller ships) I would also like to start making another ship.
I am unsure of how to start, whether to start with systems, skeleton, chassis...
Any suggestions?

i usually start with the back ( engines ) and go from there, just build as i go. If that doesnt work out, start at the front personal preferance though.

my preference is to build partial interior first(if there is one, of course, then skeleton build, then full hull, then finish up the interior

Nyx Class Assault Battlecruiser
The first of the Nyx class starships. This ship is designed for one purpose. BATTLE. The people on-board are tough and have to live in an environment made for nothing but battle (however the pay is good). Made in conjunction with a rival shipyard named Trace Technologies the Godyard formed an alliance with them to create this ship of raw power.

Now THAT, is a ship. The interior looks a bit strange and that grey pyramid nose is... a bit odd? ...but in the end it works out to be a pretty solid-looking starship. That red lighting on what looks like the docking bay is pretty awesome, and I'm loving the color scheme. (Now) I look forward to seeing what you come up with next.
