Not yet, you can already change any text bound to texture though, by making a texturepack.

What about block editor? He also can edit NPC dialogues.

It still doesn't cover all texts though.

yes, and the problem for me is starmade do not support full-width character.(Chinese, Japanese, korean, you name it)
