Am I no longer able to dock?

I can no longer use the core when it's selected in flight mode to dock to docking pads. Did docking mechanics change?

Did you not here about the super awesome rail systems for the game? Basically core-docking is now turned off for servers. It can turn back on with a change in the config. The new rail system is here to replace the old system but they are both in game.

So then turret and ship docking units no longer work? How do I dock now then?
