Thrust cones on docked entities should disappear.

    It's a bit annoying to get hit in the face with hundred-thousand-degree hyperplasma every time I go around to the back of my shuttle... Just saying.

    But the possibilities! Think about those ever-active thrusters perfectly frying marshmallows.. and the stick they're on.. and the guy holding it!

    More seriously, yes, if a vessel isn't speeding up - be it docked or free-floating one - the thrusters shouldn't have their exhaust active.

    Also exhaust may be smaller if less thrusters are active. (maintaining speed while turning)
