Aesthetically good, System wise bad.
You've built a lovely little ship, make no mistake. But there are a few issues.
1. Most prevalent, the thrust ratio. A 0.8 ratio simply will not cut it for a ship this size. Suggest replacing the advanced armour with either standard for aesthetics or better yet, hull for weight reduction.
2. Power systems. Considering your main weapon is a Cannon/cannon setup, power regeneration is a lot more important than capacity for you. With your regen at only about 6500 e/s, you can't move while firing and retain stable power levels. Suggest replacing the blocks spent on capacity with more regeneration.
3. Minor really, when the landing gear is extended, there's a large hole in the floor.
