Imperial TIE/SH VIP Shuttle
Based on the hull of the TIE/SA bomber and noted as an unpopular mode of transportation between bases or star destroyers, the TIE/SH VIP Shuttle was an alternative to the more spacious Lambda class shuttle. Its first and only sighting in the films is in Empire Strikes Back when Captain Needa traveled to Darth Vader's command ship to apologize for losing the Millennium Falcon. Also during the search for he rebel base on Hoth, TIE/SH Shuttles were used for communicating with the rest of the fleet in order to keep normal comms from interfering with the probe droid transmission and scans.
Special Characteristics:
Mounted with only a single laser cannon for defense, the TIE/SH was built for a singular role of ferrying high ranking imperial officers to and from larger ships with a capacity of 4 passengers in its retrofitted ordinance pod. In case of an ambush, the TIE/SH was also equipped with a shield generator, but lacked a hyperdrive. Additionally, this is one of the few models equipped with landing gear and doesn't rely on the special docks for TIEs onboard the carriers.
