It's a simple, small ship that can be made from easily made components. As long as you have metal mesh and crystal circuits, you can manufacture everything you need. You don't have to worry if you have access to Hittal or Varat, or any other special ore or crystal. Any ore and crystal will do, and all components can be made in a basic factory.
