Built For The Next Generation Fighter Contest (hosted by Dalmont)
To Show the Galactic Community what they are Capable of Blackwell decided To ad a few design Parameters to the Contest. The NGF they where building should be Ideal For use on a Carrier, simple and cheap to produce and make it easy for the Pilot to keep full Situational awareness.
The Ronin (Light) Fighter combines all this and more into a Compact and aesthetic package. Folding wings allow for the Ronin to be stowed by the dozens In hangar bays. while the Cockpit combines a good FOV with the newest of Blackwells Innovations in ship Interface Technology wich definately has made this the Test pilots Favourite. However The Compact Cockpit of the Ronin also Offers Limited Storage and Emergency Medical Equipment to increase Pilot survival rates when crashed on a Planet.
For Defense The Ronin Relies on its speed and a low profile next generation AMS system wich ist truly remarkable for a Craft this small. (The new Prototype System can be easily added to small and unadapted Craft and may be Sold Seperately in the Future)
The Armament of The Ronin Consists of Two Reliable Rapid Fire AMCs wich can quickly Disable Key Systems in the Hands of a skilled Pilot.
