Rail Rider 1.1

This is a new update of my old ship to get it prepared for the fleet I may or may not be starting to work on soon.

I have updated systems and covered up a few spots on the outside. The inside is a little messy but I like that kind of feel in it.

If I add this to a fleet, I may also change the name so be weary.
