PYRO GTX mkIII Fighter Class

PYRO GTX mkIII Fighter Class 1.1

This is a much smaller, much faster (turning and acceleration) ship than the Corvette version of the Pyro GTX. I really wanted something that feels just as good as it looks.

    Weapon Loadout:

-It's got a HUGE bank of locking pulse missiles, you won't run out... trust me. Just fire whenever there's power.

-Standard quad lasers (AMCs). It's a little slower than full speed, just to ensure 1 hit block destruction

I didn't add any effects to the weapons this time, though I'm sure there's room if you remove a few missiles and their corresponding pulse blocks.

    4:1 thrust ratio + 100% overdrive

This thing is fast for its size.

it's got almost 3k shields, though not much on the regen side. This thing's real strength is in it's speed. Though in theory, you could sacrifice some of it for some more defense if you wanted.

    Hope you like it.

I'm genuinely amazed at the level of detail shown off here, and that it's just about the right size too.

I'm currently using them as Pirate forces on my Lan group, and they're very effective. I've even lost mid-sized destroyers because these tend to arrive in 3 packs, and then machine-gun the shields to death.

I really love that a Player running one of these can do a constant homing-missile barrage.
I started working on my own, then I found yours and flew mine into a star... Could use a bit of cleaning up and features, but well done.

Lol, for real. Thanks for the awesome review. Glad to see another Descent fan in the ranks
Even though I wasn't the biggest fan of your work thus far I am more than impressed at you initiative in reproducing these capable fighters. Well done Material Defender.
