Removed 94,996 shield blocks and added 94,996 ion modules in order to accommodate 60% defensive ion. Now has 26,621,143 total shields. May update block list later

Changed missile tertiary from explosive to overdrive so that it no longer sucks. Interestingly enough, price went down if you still use credits. 991,556,015 now.

The jump drive should charge much faster now, and the scanner shouldn't charge. At all. No more scanner. Replaced scanner in the command room of the ship with a decorative block. Also did a small update to the core room, where I realized I had not placed wedges.
