The second fighter-sized craft in my AI fleet, this interceptor is the first in lineup to focus on providing straightforward damage. The main weapon is a general-purpose dual-output 320 cannon / 220 cannon / 160 overdrive system, providing strong shield and block removal at a fairly high rate of fire while balancing the power demands of a smaller craft. An AMS turret located just above the cockpit lightly screens the craft against lock-on missiles, in case the 2.5 thrust-to-mass ratio is not enough to dodge incoming fire. Advanced armor under the skin ensures a few frontal cannon hits will not prove fatal, should the speed and basic shielding fail. The interior includes a bunk room and facilities for a single pilot; with the mass limited for the Minimade server, it is assumed that the larger Archer support craft can carry more crew for rotation. The included docker is intended for attachment to the Archer. As a member of the fleet, this interceptor has a role in engaging hostile fighters and increasing the total damage output of the attack group. For solo pilots, a radar jammer is included to reduce the volume of incoming fire, though it competes for the limited power available: the capacitors and reactors can sustain 10 seconds of continuous fire with the jammer activated during heavy maneuvering, but this can be quickly regenerated by easing up on the thrust or holding fire for only a brief moment.
