I'd like to state that for ships like these I wish there was a 10 star system so it wouldn't get rated poor.
I'd give it 5/10 stars, dead average, not 6 being slightly above average, 5.
It has too much of one color for the hull, the colors that are present are too few and far between, and when they do show up they overpower the area they are in. The turrets are too small to be effective on a ship this size as well.
The detailing you do is okay at best, try to do less protruding lines and pixel looking details, try altering the shape to get a good look instead of starting with a below average shape and texturing it to make it look good.
I would also suggest slapping a PVP or Roleplay tag on this thing to define its purpose a little better.
