New Republic E-Wing Escort Starfighter
Originally, the E-Wing was supposed to be the replacement for the aging X-Wing Starfighter, however, problems with its cannons and new astromech droids plagued its production leading to many pilots preferring to fly their battle hardened X-Wings instead. Over time, the E-Wing saw many improvements and eventually saw wide spread use, but would never achieve the popularity of its predecessor.
Characteristics:
Built with roleplay in mind, this model comes loaded with the standard logic package that comes with any build of mine. Logic cockpit, and landing gear. There really are not that many moving parts on this model to deal with leaving the hull open for systems and weapons. Fully equipped with a scanner, radar jammer, cannons, missiles, and jump drive, it can perform the role of a scout with ease.
