Mostly unkillable claim station 1

A 100km^3 station of cargo (0 shp, so it's unkillable) with a faction module somewhere.

Spawn it in, get in the build block, access the faction menu from the station tab, set as faction, claim system, remove the build block and you now have a station that has almost no chance of being removed by a player.
