LSPC Inquisitor class electronics frigate
“ Digital warfare at its finest” Excellent warp inhibitor and missile jamming capabilities for fleet support action
Introducing the LSPC Inquisitor class electronics support frigate. This craft is among the smallest of its class but also one of the most essential craft to operate within prolonged fleet engagements. Equipped with banks of super computers and possessing a wide range of electronic warfare capabilities the inquisitor though combat inefficient provides the fleet the spectrum of control needed to hunt down elusive enemies or impede the advance of stronger ones. The ship is equipped with warp inhibitors, jamming capacity, scanning, and warp drive making it incredible useful for long distance recon missions and for holding down pirate forces while the fleet provides to neutralize them. Though not a dedicated combat craft the Inquisitor is not defenseless equipped with over 7 G2 series point defenses turrets and multiple ams turrets the craft is well capable of fending off enemy fighter and drone attacks and maintains a relatively high shield and shield recharge capacity to with stand most assaults. The ship has a complete interior for a crew of 6 that includes a security section, med bay, main bridge and engineering. Although capable of independent mission the crafts slow speed and minimal offensive armament makes it more suited to operate alongside a fleet were its superior supportive capacities can be maximally utilized. The Inquisitor is well suited for long range patrol, recon, exploration, radar jamming, ant- drone, anti-fighter, pirate hunting, spectrum warfare, fleet support, escorting, early detection, spec ops, and warp inhibition.
Though a non-combat craft the Inquisitor is far from defenseless.
A fleet is powerful on its own but with an Inquisitor it becomes far more lethal.
