LSPC G2 MK II Turret pack
“ a turret for any job” all new and improved advanced AMS turret able to provide all round protection from enemy missile swarms.
The G2 MK II was conceived to address some of the shortfalls presented by the first generation ams turrets and to provide the dome of protection to any system threatened by enemy missile attacks. The first generation AMS turrets were an ideal solution the time however their exposed systems left them vulnerable to damage and their single rapid fire barrel was somewhat anemic to dealing with large missile swarms from enemy fleet action. Not the case anymore with the new MK II using a more efficient deign layout they can achieve 4 times the missile killing power than the previous version utilizing virtually the same amount of space. The new turrets use a dual double turret deign meaning that they have another turret barrel set behind the first one effectively increasing the rpm of the rapid-fire turrets easily killing incoming missile. The new layout also provides far greater protection for turret systems increasing their survivability in combat. In short, these turrets are a far beefier version of the classic AMS turret that is sure to make nearly any ship untouchable to all but the most sever missile attacks. These turrets are set to become the premier AMS for the LSPC navy and can be sure to provide any fleet effective missile protection.
Some testing of the AMS turrets ( all these missile were instantly destroyed after this photo was taken)
