I gave the ships a little less green hull and a little more green standard armor. I think they looks slightly better.
I replaced the weapons on the border patrol ship with 50% emp lasers. It can actually kill things now. But still feels sort of peaceful. The ai will now be able to defend their space from pirates, if forced into a confrontation.
I replaced some of the farm ships shield capacitators with a passive emp system. It's shields felt like they were too far above the patrol ship's shields, and it needed something.
