KDI Medium Missile Boat 1.0

Foreword:
AI Can be VERY hit or miss with this ship. Its taken me over a day and a bit to balance its systems and Im still not overall happy with its performance... Expect a second missile boat in this size class at some later date with much better performance.

This unnamed vessel is capable of long range volleys of missiles, its armed with a few turrets to assist in both long range combat, and to tackle smaller vessels that may get close to it. a 3D model of this ship will be available on my Shipyard thread here: Kaiju Design Initiative ship-display thread.



Due to issues in construction (*Grumble grumble*, AI being retarded as usual) the vessel is light on defences, jump drive, jump inhibitor. The vessel has no defensive effects. While Aesthetically a near-twin of the Defender ASW Support Destroyer, this vessel has a completely different role as a long range weapons platform. its multitude of medium missiles are sure to cause pain to ships that fail to shoot them down amidst the decoys the vessel will fire straight forwards.

It has an interior, and its thrusters have been modified to be compatible with the new Plumes update.


It has a different missile reloading room than that of the destroyer.
