Damascus Nomenclature:
It's a box full of salvagers. 256 canons arranged in two staggerd arrays. Each canon is made of 16 blocks for very fast and energy efficient gathering. Can clean an entire station off the navscan in 8 to 9 minutes. Only costs a little over 6mil and has hybrid engine designs to allow easy movement regardless of server thrust bonus configuration. It can also be used as an unarmed transport having space inside for private quarters, crew quarters, medbay and workshop in aft. Adding needed docks or facilities is easy as all outer surfaces keep right angles. Includes a faction block but no grav or storage.
This minimalist version is based on all the advancements used in the MkII prototype while paring down un-needed hardware. This model is strictly non-combat. It has no weapons and no turrets. The reactor to tank ratio is balanced to allow flight manuvering during a salvage op. The shielding is impervious to pirate canon fire unless concentrated. Quick engines will keep you ahead of attackers without losing power to the shield rechagers.
Fitted with two highlighted entrances. One on the underside midway down the keel and another in the aft compartment.
