Optimisation:
610 000 e/sec
power have been optmised by 5, (with the same amount of power block non optmised I would have 5x less recharge, true numbers, not optmised: 120 000e/sec )
everything have been calculated to be able to fire, move, shield recharge, ion effect, jamming, reload scanner with exactly 600 000 e/sec
(no power lose, no useless regen of power)
sadly I forgot to count the turret energy cons, (so power cons can go up to 700 000-800 000 I will fix that in the next update)
