Hello there AAlex here bringing you the latest in mine (Boom) technology...the IST-James!
Now this may seem like a cute,innocent and just plain adorable. But as the first in the James family of utility ships and tools of the IST it still packs quite a punch!

The IST-James can fit in any docking module so long as it is at least 7x7x7
the James also has thrusters and power allowing it to come back and hit you if it misses the first time.

And it wasn't really commissioned i just had a thread up and he voted in the poll to make this type of ship.
