Thanks for the tip, it seems that something went wrong there, sorry about that. The blueprint should be fine now.
However, I can't guarantee that it will be functional enough to move larger stuff around. Although this thing is pretty much hull and tractor beams only (I even put effect modules into the engines in the back), they are still pretty weak.
Hopefully this will get better once Calbiri finished rebalancing the effects (which should be in progress by now).
