Changed EMP missile color from blue to cyan, moved rail docker.

1:1000 scale, using this: I made an OBJ exporter for blueprints. Now you can import your ships to any 3D modeling program. The .obj files it makes are really clean, just make sure to fill your entire ship with a solid block, otherwise you will get annoying cavities.
