The Fire-Storm is a new light multipurpose combat vessel; intended for use in tight formation fleet operations. It is one of two state of the art craft currently in development for the United Star Axis.
In the hands of an experienced crew, the craft performs well against fighters and light to medium corvettes. In larger fleet operations, it can serve as a picket ship while employing its strong point defense as an anti-missile screen.
The Axis Bureau of System Defense (B.S.D.) has agreed to license the Firestorm to the public for evaluation purposes.
