Epos 1.6

It took a bit of time but here is the update for the thrusters MAJ:
Modules repatition have been coplitely reworked:
-Max speed is now 150 m/s (for server default speed 75m/s)
-Overdrive effect 50%
-Main jump drive now faster with 3000 modules
-emmergency jump drive speed decreased (almost no modules)
Others implements:
-power supply increased to 300 ke/s
-ship now compatible with USD
-small estetic modifications

• Addeded teleporter where the storage was
• storage and medical cabinet moved to rest quarters
• slightly modified overdrive and thrusters modules repartition
