The EFSF Viceroy is the premiere dignitary transport. It comes equipped with 6 light machine cannons, and a twin missile launcher. However, as a luxury transport, this ship is usually seen escorted by dedicated combat craft.
Because of the nature of the personnel it carries, the Viceroy has the ability to self destruct if the core is breached. Meant to disallow capture of high profile politicians and monarchs.
