Added Support for the Time Based Actions System, the Plugin will now search every x Minutes for duplicate asteroids, you can adjust the frequency at ./config/asteroid_fix.cfg the config is Named "CheckAllInterval"
Please remember to reload the plugin when changing the config at runtime
