I smoothened the back of the arms around the engines a bit.
But the most work happened on the systems it is a real refit.

- More power regen.
- Stronger Amcs now with punch-through
- Stronger homing missiles now with explosive effect
- Bit more overdrive
- Perma Radarjam and Overdrive While firing
- Bit more shield regen
- Still a strong shieldcapacity boost

- i reduced the swarm missiles damage by 50%. they were only suited for finding cloakers anyway and still are.
