Drosonstein needed a heavy warship to keep up with the other powers in the Psi Eidera cluster. Thus they designed and built the the pocket battleship DKV Bismarck. Wile its weight and armor would have normally had the Bismarck classified as a fast cruiser. It was classified as a pocket battleship because of its heavy gauss turrets.
