Display Module Command Factory Controller 2.1

This update fixes an issue where slaved modules would not work as intended when connected to more than 1 parent. Adds a single input for the clock on the Factory Control Module

This update fixes an issue where when a slaved module was connected to multiple active parents and one parent was turned off, the slave would turn off if allowed by the memory latch, rather than remain on for the other parents. This also consolidated the double output to reset the command screen into a single output at front for ease of use, and turned the "on" and "off" display modules outwards for ease of viewing.
