DCV-P MkIII 3.1 (Retrofit)

While testing the break-off, found out that a block chunk update would cause the ship's entire hull to detach from the core.

Fixed by placing a block beneath the core.

Weapons, shields, power and thrust system updated to compensate for recent changes.

Added radar jamming capabilities, basic logic systems for external light control, windows' blast doors control and rear entrance door control.
Added a small overdrive system. Effect is at 80.6%.

New weapons:
- Anti-shield (ion) beam weapon (1 group).
- Fast-fire overcharged cannons array (3 groups).
- Rear-facing tractor beam assembly (tested at a max pull speed of 0.7-8 km/h, 1 group).
