Colony Starter 2015-10-03

I've been needing something exactly like this for bout a month now.

While I'm not fond of the chosen colors, that's such an easy change that it won't reduce the rating.

I'm extra happy that it's a multi-level starter, and is clearly designed to be expanded.

Heck, I think I could gift one of these to each of the factions in my group and end up with a family of stations. [all sharing the same core? that's a family to me]
