Looks a bit plain, but you did say it was a civilian so maybe thats what you were going for. However if you spent some more time on fleshing out it's structural form, adding emphasis to certain sections, you would have a good looking ship. Give it some style man :p
Throw on a few more thrusters and I'd say she's good to go really. plenty of shields, balanced energy system and just enough firepower to get her out of a scrape make her an all around decent ship. Good job.
